Antigen Design & Preparation​

Synthesis and cloning of target genes with codon optimization into your desired expression vector. Protein expression and purification from selected host systems. Alternatively, design, synthesis, and conjugation of peptide antigens with carrier proteins (BSA or KLH). Customers may also provide their own antigens for immunization. Our in-depth knowledge of antigen-determining factors—including size, secondary structure, and immunogenicity—ensures the production of antibodies with exceptional specificity and affinity.

Approximate Duration: 4-6 weeks

Animal Immunization & Titer Evaluation

Flexible immunization options to suit your project needs:

  • 2 rabbits, 3 immunizations, 70 days

  • 2 rats, 3 immunizations, 70 days

  • 5 mice, 3 immunizations, 70 days

Serum antibody titers are rigorously evaluated to confirm strong immune responses before proceeding to collection.

Approximate Duration: 8-10 weeks

Bleeding & Serum Collection

​​High-yield recovery for downstream applications

  • ~100 mL serum from two rabbits

  • ~6–8 mL serum from two rats

  • ~5–10 mL serum from five mic.

Serum is carefully processed and stored to preserve antibody activity and ensure high-quality starting material for purification.

Approximate Duration: 2 weeks

Antibody Purification

Tailored purification strategies for your application.

Options include:

  • Protein A/G purification for total IgG recovery

  • Antigen affinity purification for monospecific, high-purity antibodies targeting discrete epitopes

Our expertise in custom peptide and monospecific peptide antibody generation ensures antibodies are purified to meet the demands of your specific assay or application.

Antibody Labeling & Conjugation

Ready-to-use detection reagents for your assays.

Custom labeling services available for:

  • Biotin

  • Horseradish peroxidase (HRP)

  • Alkaline phosphatase (AP)

  • Fluorochromes and dyes

Labeled antibodies are validated to ensure retained specificity and functionality for your intended detection system.
