The healthy non-immunized population of New Zealand White rabbit were used to collect serum. IgG was prepared by column chromatography from pooled serum. The purified rabbit IgG was judged to be >95% pure by SDS-Page.

Protein G affinity purification

The control rabbit IgG is provided as liquid (1 mg/mL+0.05% sodium azide as preservative) in phosphate- buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.4). The product can store at 4°C for less than two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot and freeze at -70°C. Avoid repeated freeze/defrost cycle s. Do not store diluted solutions. Sodium azide, an inhibitor of peroxidase, must be avoided if used with antibody-HRP conjugates.
